I was just perusing the cnn website when I saw that they had a bit on e3 and what was going on there.
Now this information was filed under tech and it reminds me that most of the time cnn.com, or almost any other news site, posts anything about video games it is almost always within the tech heading.
Now this may seem trivial, but it does unnerve me a little bit. Video games are entertainment more than anything else. Or at least that's what they're about on the whole I feel. Why are they never filed that way?
This isn't so much a gripe as much as just general confusion. Since when was entertainment reserved only for the likes of film, television, and the people involved in them to the exclusion of almost everything else?
