A lot of the cutscenes in DMC 3, like every cutscene in MGS is Gold, The final Cutscene in FFX is sweet and basically the entire game of Indigo Prophecy

The FFX final scene made me cry the first time. I was so into that game....

Longest cutscene in the history of ever.. but wrapped it all up rather nicely, I thought. That said, I thought that the scene in the river where everything kicks off was pretty immense.

I actually think that the cutscene in Crysis Warhead before the last level is pretty good- from when Psycho is giving the marine CPR and then drowns a KPA soldier, nobody speaks but it's just awesome
