Whats your biggest epic fail you have ever had?

I was playing Underpass dropped a emergency care package the packages fell on top of the bridge and in this was in the packages

1. Chopper Gunner
2. Ac 130
3.Uav 4
4. Stealth Bomber

It was very infuriating

I took care to baricade myself in randomly every night. It worked!

OT: On Dark Messiage MoM, I went around killing the human team, thinking I was awesome.
That was, untill I realised they were my team.

Red Dead Redemption: I survived a bear smashing me off a ridge, but died afterwards when a passing beaver nudged me off the next ridge into a river.

On bc2, I C4'd an ATV up accidentally pressed a button and flew a fair way. Was quite funny though.

I have a few, but I need to go soon, so I won't explain them until later, maybe.

- On my 16th birthday, got convinced by my mates to see "dont mess with the Zohan", instead of "The dark knight".
- 17th birthday, I damaged my tongue by drinking scolding hot water (accidental).
- Broke my neighbours lawnmower, trying to fill it with petrol. I was sorta young though.
- Broke the microwave, hoover, and kettle in my apartment on seperate occasions in the same week due to the same stupid maistake.
- I think I might have broke someone else's PS3.

I was at a club and jumped head first into a speaker, mid air flipped onto my back then landed on some stairs. I don't think i've left a club so qick in my life.


As for games it has to be, a while back there was a small bug on the ps3 with the "trophies" which ment you could not play any games. I thought it was just my ps3(it was not), and only thing i could think of doing to fix it? Re-frommating the whole ps3.

It didn't work.

The bug was fixed then next day.

Goodbye alll my saves.

Trying to kill three bears with only a knife in Red Dead Redemption. As soon as I got the last one another bear appeared out of nowhere and killed me.

Played Tomb Raider Anniversary for the first time. Came across the first enemy - a flock of bats. Couldn't aim or shoot at them so I freaked out and started running.

I got chased off a cliff by a couple of flying rodents.

Failed to knife an AFK in CSS, it was my fault though, toying around with my kill. Then BOOM headshotted by an awper. Then the chat just fills with 'LOLs' and 'HAHAHAHs'.

In Halo: Reach a blew up an enemy Banshee only to get splattered by the debris.

Anytime, and every time, I throw a grenade in a war game, and it bounces off the wall because of my crappy aim, and bounces back at me, or if I am playing online, towards everyone else there as well as myself. I always have a small panic and yell, "Neeeeeeehhjash-grenade-sudlsdfwharblgarbl!" while trying to maneuver my character out of the way before it blows me up and every one who is dead and spectating gets to see my embarrassing end. It happens a lot more then I like. Should probably stop throwing grenades.

Throwing a throwing knife at an enemy I was chasing in MW2 just as he turned a corner and having the knife rebound off the corner and hit me in the head instead, insta-killing me.

DA:O- running into the courtyard after getting out of the dungeons at the castle and having my whole team get raped by a wraith/lich who was one l level above me on normal.

Failing at the start of each COR level.

Contraptions spazing out and killing people on Gmod.
