Epic, monumental, humiliating fails....

When I played WOW I was in a raid with my guild. While I was putting a lightwell down I accidently clicked on a chain attached to a giant magma worm. -.-

I was the guild master, I felt like an arch villain that had left her sinister robe tucked into her panties or something. The horror.

I just had this playing Deus Ex.

I got owned on the training mission. Yep.

I dropped a crate of TNT, not knowing I had to crouch to do this as the game's inexplicably laggy tutorial messages only told me this after I blew my legs and arms off.

Then spent the next 20 minutes agonisingly slowly crawling around a large room like a crippled snail while constantly being shot at by the guard robot who couldn't finish me off because, well, it was just the training level and the game thought it was being nice to me. I've never wished for death in a game so much....

My fail was in the Tutorial Part of Deus Ex.

I had no idea how to equip the Life mask for the water and basically Posioned/drowned myself. My friend next to me called me an idiot and laughed at me the entire time.

Also in the first mission. I picked the stun Arrow and had it aimed at a guys head. It claimed it would stun, my actually cause them all to converge on my one point -headdesk-

Whenever i play Spy or Sniper on TF2 i will fail hard at least once per round (I'm still learning!)

or on the Sniper side of things

I'm actually a decent Spy (i even manage to hit and run sometimes!) but i guess i need to work on blending in... And avoiding the fucking Pyros.

Hey at least i can aim the knife properly now!

I've had many DERP moments but sadly, I can't really remember most.
The only recent I can think of is Splinter Cell: Conviction. A mission where one cannot be detected at all... I tried getting past a couple guys only after ten failures I turned around and found a little hatch that helped me avoid like half the level >_>

When I first started playing The World Ends With You I always got stuck on the second day in the battles to free the Moyai statue (even though they're not difficult at all). The other thing is in Okami where you can mess up simple things like drawing dots (stars), lines and circles (bloom etc.)

In RDR, I was riding my horse when a pack of wolves started to chase me. I killed 1, and then aimed for the second. I was lining up the perfect shot, all slow motion and everythig. Soon as I pulled the trigger, the wolf had run beneath my horses head and I ended up killing my fav horse and flying a mile off . =(
