Epic movie quotes- [Double Post - Please Lock]

Movies!. Some of them have great corny one-liners, others have terrible puns, some don't even make sense but occasionally there are those movies with epic lines that either define the entire film on it's own or conveys specific emotions bang on.

For example: "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" from Gone With The Wind or "I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse" from The Godfather.

This made me wonder..does the Escapist know of other epic lines or lines that defined a movie?.
