I'm going with an easy one. One Winged Angel from the final boss fight in Final fantasy 7. It is such an awesome song. Really made you feel like you were fighting an epic enemy.

The idea for Brütal Legend was built upon epic music. Its a game about doing epic things in an epic world while epic music plays in the not quite so distant background. That game was epic.Johnnyallstar said:

How has no one mentioned the quirky soundtracks of both Jet Grind Radio games and the tracks from the Katamari series? Several amazing soundtracks in there. Whether it is epic or not, is for you to decide.
