All that's needed is for Ryu to show up and tell her to shoryuken that stupid guy's ugly chin. I guess it's going to take a few more comic strips until order is restored.

Well you know what they say about lifelong gamers. Doesn't matter what the objective quality is of a game, system, or franchise, if they grew up with it, it must be perfect.

Same thing with a lot of media actually. Not to step on anyone's toes, but was Transformers really all that great a show? I grew up in the ninties, so I only got to watch the episodes more recently. The show is okay so far as kids shows go. But there's a reason Micheal Bay made so much money on those crappy movies.

...I liked Bubsy.

It just felt so HUGE when I was young, and I never got to play it in my later years to lose my appreciation of the game. And I thought some of the death animations were funny, so sue me.

Never even heard about the sequels until years later though.

I always had a soft spot for Claws Adventures of The Furred Kind, but Bubsy 3D is the kind of game that makes people give up the hobby.

Is Tris real, or just another delusion? Maybe Erin is branching out from game characters to
imaginary boyfriends?

Okay, boycott lifted. Claws Adventures of The Furred Kind was a childhood favorite. Bubsy 3D got destroyed in my household.

Grey ... It's disturbingly awesome to see someone try so hard at Erin.

Btw ... Is it bad that I read "Erin Stout, The rapist" first? ...
Reminds me of a quote from Arrested Development. I don't remember it exactly, but it was something like this"

"I'm both an analyst and a therapist. I am the world's first analrapist."

Whoah, what is that thing? That's one of the coolest looking birds of prey I've ever seen.

OT: If the dude is seriously okay with a girl crazy enough to constantly hallucinate like that, he's either crazier than she is, too horny to think clearly, both, or one of her hallucinations. Any way you slice it, neither one of them should be having any reaction aside from "do not want" to the other.

Fair enough, there's absolutely nothing defensible about Bubsy 3D, no matter how badly you may have wanted a pet as a youngster. When I first saw game footage, I had a hard time equating it to the same game that gave me so much fun on my Genesis.

I've known a fair few therapists in my time and I gotta say . . . you're better than most of them.

A bearded vulture. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bearded_Vulture
"Quebra-Ossos" in brazilian portuguese which means "bone breaker".

Or he isn't taking her seriously. He either thinks she is exagerating a quirky or, you know, making stuff up.

Man, that is so much cooler than the turkey and black vultures we have around here.

What about eagles? USA must surely have some cool animals, right?

True, bald eagles are pretty cool (and I live in an area where I actually get to see them occasionally, not to mention ospreys and hawks), but the colors aren't as cool as on that vulture.

Of course, we do have our own personal Velociraptor descendants: the Sandhill cranes.

Edit: And that is a terrible video. Good example of the birds, but bad for including a couple of clueless snowbirds.

Erin Stout: Analyist AND a therapist? An.... Analrapist, you might say?

*patiently waits for recognition*

Well, the warning sign was the lame soul patch... I mean, I can't think of a single human being where that thing actually looks decent and non douchey.

Enter stage left... 'Tris'. That's his name. 'Tris'. Not Tristan.

I think I want to see her bludgeon him with something.
