I think his point is that he was suspended before, but is no longer banned. So the site shouldn't be telling him he is still a banned user.

They will accidentally activate an ancient alien machine, left there by the Predators (of 'being killed by Arnie, and later Danny Glover' fame), which stores thousands of cloned dinosaurs in suspended animation. These dinosaurs were genetically modified millions of years ago to be smarter, faster, capable of sentient thought, making them the ultimate prey. Unfortunately the Predators got all caught up killing xenomorphs and forgot about them. Anyway - the super-smart dinosaurs were released, and killed all the puny humans on the planet. They stole our ships, and headed off into the galaxy. Somewhere out there they hid, building an armada with which to crush the humans, and retake Earth. Unluckily for them, the android controlled by the preserved brain of Seanbaby bravely led a suicide mission to the stars, and took the fight to those reptilian bastards! We thought we had them all, but then...they
disappeared! In a shocking turn of events, the dinosaurs had been secretly working on time travel devices instead of traditional weapons, and ever since they've been popping up throughout history, subverting the course of history in the hopes of destroying us all. Of course, this creates the logical paradox that if we become extinct in the near future, nobody will be there to release them from their eternal slumber on Venus, and they will be unable to create time travel devices and return to end the advancement of human civilization.
