in the comics, don't the Nova Corps have something called the Nova Force? make them able to do Superman style stuff. wonder why that element was cut out?

I was looking this up and it might be they are going with rebuilding the Nova Corps post Ronan invasion. Using the "Mind Gem" to create the future corps who are able to wield the Nova Force to the fullest. In the comics Xandar/Nova Corps didn't get the Nova Powers till after meeting Rom the Spaceknight and his group who use powered Suits and wielding cosmic power. So next GOTG good chance we'll see Novas in suit.

Also did anyone else see Adam Warlock's Cocoon in the Collector's Museum?

oh very cool. heres hoping thats the path Marvel choose. i'd hate them to just be space cops, without the powers

James Gunn punked us good. That end credit scene had a huge reveal for the story going forward. But everybody missed it because they were to busy staring at and raging about the talking duck in the room. Nobody looked BEHIND the duck. Adam Warlocks cocoon was shown in the end credit scene of Thor The Dark World and earlier in Guardians. But in guardians end scene, the cocoon is open and empty. Warlock is out and about. We can probably guess this will lead to the soul gem.
