Escapist Constantly Dying

Hey guys,
Since the UI update, the escapist website has been constantly dying on me. Basically, there are times when I can browse and there are other times where, after reading just a few articles, I click on another article and I get "Can't connect to server". Is this just me or is this happening to other people too?

The escapist died on me for a while this tuesday.
It happened some times before the UI update too though.
It was also down for me on wednesday, but that's par for the course with zero punctuation traffic.

I cannot connect to the Escapist sometimes either but it has been doing that off and on for me since before the update. And then there is always Wednesday, where ZP traffic floods the site.

Wednesdays are always difficult for us because of ZP traffic. Our tech team is actively working on resolving some other back end issues that should ease the traffic in coming weeks. Thank you so much for your patience!

The escapist has never been very stable for me. In my 3-4 years here its always gone down or timed out while navigating it. Usually a daily event, its the only site ive ever run into that behaves like that.

The Escapist is notorious for running slowly or outright dying on Wednesdays due to the influx of traffic from people flocking to see my weekly drunken comment of earth-shattering wisdom.

That's what the voices tell me, at least.
