Hi all

Just wondering, what is it about the escapist people really like? What is it at you don't like? I'm just interested in what people will respond with.

Stuff I like on the escapist is the critical miss comic, and moviebobs series's.

One of the things I don't personally like is "No right answers".

Just remember it's all personal opinion, so don't attack anyone should you disagree.

I quite like Zero Punctuation, Critical Miss, and Drinking Games. I'll occasionally watch an Escape to the Movies if it covers a movie I might be interested in seeing/already saw.

Other than that, I'm pretty indifferent to most of the stuff here. The forums are without a doubt my favorite part of the website.

Also, this was my 555th post! Hooray for multiples of five and repeating numbers!

I haven't actually watched any videos in a while but Zero Punctuation, LoadingReadyRun's stuff, Jimquistion, Miracle Of Sound, Critical Miss and the forums.

Forums I enjoy for the most part but quite a few posters i'd rather not see. A lot of talk and activism but I can bet none of this is said in the real world nor is action taken so talk the talk but can you walk the walk type thing. Anyways /rantover

I actually use the Escapist for news as well. I used to use GamesRadar, but when Future took over they fired all the site's funny people. The new site takes FOREVER to load for me as well.

I follow Yahtzee, Bob and MoracleOfSound regulary.
Then sometimes I check something else up. No Right Answer isn't really my cup of tea but I loved Unforgotten Realms while that was still here.
And Extra Credits was a soso good varying pretty much from week to week depending on the topic.

Zero punctuation is what brought me here and I'm finding the atmosphere in the forums better than a lot of others, I haven't looked at much other stuff on here so I couldn't say what I don't like yet.

As far as the video content is concerned, I like everything currently here. Most (but unfortunately not all) of the stuff that isn't here anymore, I didn't watch in the first place. I get back from classes right around the time the videos come up, so i have a way to entertain myself with my lunch. Might skip the occasional episode, but overall it's good.

I also do enjoy listening to the podcasts (the escapist one and media sandwich) during my walks to and from class or when I'm playing certain games.

I do occasionally post in forums, but these days I stick in the RP section. Met some cool people. It's a nice place. Lot less hostile than the gaming related topics...

Zero Punctuation sometimes, Critical Miss is fun to read, Escape to the Movies is good, as is The Big Picture. I enjoy the forums but there are some people who irk me.

Always liked ZP, since Jim Sterling came over here too I've watched his stuff, and the webcomics. A lot of the rest of the stuff seems to be trying too hard to be highbrow.

The forums are usually good too, though they have a tendency to self-destruct over flavour of the week topics.

Of course, I haven't been able to watch a lot of content recently (stupid bandwidth restrictions) but whenever I get the chance I catch up big time.

ZP, Jimquisition, Escape to the Movies, The big picture, Reviews in general, the occasional random articles. I'm pretty active in the forums, but I don't consider it a highlight, just a diversion, albeit a better experience then other places.

This isn't the only place I go to, but its the place I visit most frequently.
