I do not care for the Matrix badges. Anybody can go into Forum Games, bust out a stream of posts until 5000 and get the badge.

Ah, but not everyone can get to 5000 without getting a suspension of some sort.

Believe me, in Forum Games, you can piss out hundreds of posts in a day without any mod wrath. That's why you see users with join dates newer than ours that have 5 digit post counts.

Simple solution would be to turn off post counts in Forum Games, that way only posts that matter go to your count, making the badges a lot more worthwhile.

Mods, if you are reading this, please don't. If this is correct, then I just found an easy way to get the Neo badge. Thanks heaps!

OT: I honestly don't care when someone who joined after me has a higher post count. I just assume they spend way more time on the internet that I do.

I don't care that much about badges, my current favourite is my Cuddles badge for getting 100% on the impossible Apocalypse Lane quiz, I really hope to get my Neo badge sometime before this year is over, I couldn't care less about most of my social badges, and I don't know of any badges that I can't get anymore that I would like.

The only one I really want is the Neo badge. I'm working my way towards that one. I'd also like another kitty badge to complete the set.

Not really, maybe the ones for Apocalypse Lane... I don't watch it so, yeah.

Nah, like I said, I don't go out of my way to get badges and the only one I do want is easy enough to get.

Not very much, I very rarely do anything to actively get one. Mainly quizzes if anything

My ones? Acing the Bioshock quiz. Oddly enough I don't have it on my main four.

Which badge that you don't have yet do you want the most?
Neo I guess, I have made around 4300 posts and haven't been in trouble yet so it's looking good even if I am a somewhat sporadic member of the forums.

Is there some badge you have that you couldn't care less about?
The genre wars ones and the ones awarded for watching videos I don't give a damn about, basically any badge that doesn't require you doing anything positive. Even friend and message ones means you are, as people want to talk to you.

Is there some badge that's unavailabe to you forever that you really would have liked to have?
I am not sure, but I want that damn kitty one.

-Probably my Mudkip badge with Yahtzee's quiz badge at a close second. (Cuz I lieks Mudkips. :3)

-I don't really have one that I want. Mostly because to me badges are like the icing on the cake. They're sweet and delightful in moderation, but when you start craving them, you'll only end up with an upset stomach. :/

-Not really. I enjoy all of my badges. ^_^

I don't go out of my way to collect badges. There are certain quizzes or events that I don't bother trying, while there are others that I am all over. I haven't really looked into the badges that we can no longer get but I read teh pony a few times so that is my vote as well.

My favorite however is my Batteries badge.

How much do you care about badges? About as much as I care for Achievements. I like to have them, because it gives me something to work towards and gives me a sense of... Well, achievement. I don't obsess over them though.

Which of your badges is your favorite? My "Game Over" badge for watching all of Doomsday Arcade. That was a good show.

I don't really care about badges but I won't deny, it is pretty cool when you wake up and you see you have a new one.

My favourite badge has got to be The Neo. For me, it's not about the fact I've got the 5K posts, more the fact I actually went 6 months without Wrath, That pleased me.

I would like to get the Thanks badge but I cannot see a way for me to get it. But maybe one day, I shall somehow acquire it. Maybe arrange an 'accident' for one of the Staff and save their lives... [footnote]DISCLAIMER: I have no intentions to harm the Staff.[/footnote]

I could do without the Friends badges, I reckon. Either that or the Maven badges.

I would have liked the Pony badge and I'm sure that's not available now. Ah well.

I dunno, I agree that spamming some of the forum games to get those badges is kinda a cheap way to get them. If you turn off all posts in the Forum Game & RP forums then it's unfair to the RPers who post at a normal speed. :/
I actually got my Morpheus one before I started posting in the Forum games & RP section. >_>

I think posts in User Groups should be turned off actually :/ They can be spammed too.
