Escapist iPhone App?

Apart from the videos most of the Escapist works on the iPhone browser anyway so unless they put the videos on I wouldn't see much of a difference. If they put the other video series on iTunes then I could totally get behind that.

I'm a big fan of the Escapist and also an iPhone user. Who else thinks we should have an app for the Escapist on our iPhones? What features do you want?

Personally, I want the forums and the articles on the app, all available to download for offline reading. At best, we could have the videos!

I don't know but the concept sounds cool. I don't care for the iphone but if the Escapist does make apps I hope they make them for the DROID too.

I love my iTouch, but it owns my life. Buying pointless apps that do nothing has become a daily tradition that I can't escape. And showing said pointless apps to people who don't care is something it wills you to do.

I love my iPod Touch too, I love having my Nokia 6300 which works as a phone also! The fact that the iPhone needed an UPDATE to make it able to do anything that a phone at least 5 years old could do made me say, "No, I will not spend $800 on an aesthetically pleasing solid-state HDD".

I use my iPhone to check for bus timings, train timings, my email, my calendar, maps, FML, photo editing, dictionary and thesaurus, occasional game, and my dropbox. Those are my main functions. I usually pull it out to check the time, I rarely pull it out with no reason.

you do realize you can visit The Escapist with the web browser on the iphone right? that allows you to do everything but the videos

It allows videos if you're a subscriber (like ME ) I think anyway.
