Ratings here are *very* different, though. The PSN release of Final Fantasy VIII, for instance, has a T rating in the US but a 16+ rating in Europe. I think Final Fantasy IX, XII and XIII have similar discrepancies, too. And then the PS1 release of GTA 2 also got an 18 rating in the UK, while it only got a "T" rating in the US. As far as I know, there's no difference in content, either.Zachary Amaranth said:T starts at 13, M starts at 17. A game that's 15 overseas is likely "too mature" for 13 year olds.MetalDooley said:Eternal Darkness was M rated in the states? It only had a 15+ rating here which(if I'm getting the US rating system correct)would be the equivalent of a T rating.
Have to agree with your sentiment. Fact is, as much as I liked Eternal Darkness at the time, I can't say I have any desire to support a company that that unmitigated asshole is a part of anymore. If he weren't involved I'd be slightly more interested.Signa said:The fact that Dyack is on board actually ruins this for me. I didn't hate Too Human, and ED and Twin Snakes were great, but that guy doesn't inspire confidence in me. I feel like Silicon Knights have had their successes in spite of him, rather than because of him.

Uh, might I direct your attention to a certain Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain? If you have PS3, PSP, or Vita you can get it from PSN for $6. Short of hunting down a working PS1 and the PS1 disc, that's the only other way to play it.
Last time I checked many months ago, only the PS1 games (the first Blood Omen and Soul Reaver) were up. I had to track down the PS2 titles in physical form. Hard to find, but GameStop is selling them for 3-7 bucks apiece.shrekfan246 said:It's on the PSN?remnant_phoenix said:Understandable.shrekfan246 said:I'd love my attention to be directed toward it, but it's so old now at this point that I couldn't get it running on my laptop when I tried.remnant_phoenix said:Nothing else noteworthy? Hm, I may have to jump on that at some point...
Would I be right in assuming that none of the PS2 titles in the franchise are available on the PSN yet?

They're not anywhere near as bad about that as people seem to believe. Anyway good news I suppose if it works out.ED was one of the best GC games.Kinda surprised Nintendo didn't pick this up seeing as it's probably one of the most requested sequels from the GC era
