It's been a while since I've received a proper beating...
The last clear time was a fight in high school - a proper one, mind. Not the shove-shove-call names kind, the 'MOTHERF--' meat-packing sounds kind. I lost that one, technically, but the other participant broke his hand on a mis-swing when he hit the wall. I had a harsh warning, he had a suspension. Figure that's actually a win?
The last time I had something akin to a beating was during a Tae Kwon Do tournament (Nationals qualifier, actually) when I received a picture-perfect shot to the nuts. The adrenalin carried me through two entire rounds, but after that, I was practically paralyzed. No permanent injury, but that was the longest trip to the locker room I had taken in my life. I couldn't walk for a day, limped for three more, and avoided any jiggling for another week.
I'd call that being beat...

I got hit in the head with a skateboard once. Ended up breaking the bones to one of my eye sockets and puncturing my eye, filling it with blood. I ended up having to wear an eye patch for the next two months to keep my eye safe while it healed.
Thankfully it did, and now I see out of both eyes again.

Yes. I lost both fights I was involved in during grade school and I got jumped by 4 guys walking home from work 4 years ago. I actually didn't do too badly when I got jumped; I dodged many of their shots, avoided getting tripped, and talked my way out of a serious ass-kicking.

I've been in too many fights to count. I won most of the fights (mostly due to an extremely high pain tolerance, and just getting right back up no matter what until I won by endurance), but I've certainly been thrown down staircases, had my heads stomped on, ribs broken, a fractured tibia, head trauma bad enough to show up on a recent MRI, etc.

Been beat up when I was younger. Pretty badly (relatively speaking), since it was four of them. Luckily kids heal fast, and don't hit very hard. Just had some bruises.

Well, I chipped a mauler last year when some ass punched me in the face. I didn't know the guy; I'd been drinking, and he started shouting at me from the sidewalk. Like some idiot I got off my bike and asked him to repeat it to my face. Instead he lunged at me, then ran. When I got up I spat out a bit of tooth.
Funnily enough no bruising, pain or blood of any kind. Just a chipped tooth.

Don't think I've ever been "beat up", that's what martial arts are for. But, earlier in my childhood, I definitely got into a few fights. Won most of them, too.
I've been in one fight, and it came to more of a draw, actually.

Nope I haven't even been in a real fight because I usually avoid situations like that. The closest I've ever been to a real fight was in the 6th grade. I was apparently talking a little too nicely to this kid's girlfriend and he didn't like that so he wanted to fight me. We never came to blows though because the kid was a pussy and I still talked to "his" girl.
My first ever Tae Kwon Do sparring tournament I had my ass handed to me, but we had pads so I guess that doesn't count. Maybe when I got my face punched when I had my DS stolen. nothing big though.
