I was on TV at a baseball game once, the guy a few seats behind me proposed to his girlfriend at the game.

I think I was also on the news when I was in Brisbane a couple years ago, can't remember if I was or not.

My woodshop class built a shed, which is apparanly quite the accomplishment because in 8th grade, Woodshop consists of making a Checkerboard and writing a report about making it. Got my name in the papers, on the telly, and on a plaque!

When I was young, I went along with a reporter for a local TV station to cover a Star Trek exhibition that was in town back then. I was around 8, and I was ALREADY a geek XD

I did get Robert Picardo's autograph, though.

I have been on the news quite a lot, probably because Adelaide has such a small population : D

nope,but apparently someone near where I used to live,them being in crestview,was marrying old men and letting them die in their sleep.the whole thing was on oprah,and her latest fiance called in telling oprah the wedding was off.

I made it into the newspaper once.

I went to a youth hunt sponsored by the local Fish & Game club, and a reporter who happened to be there got a nice shot of me holding a pheasant that I shot.

I was on T.V once when I was younger, had to do a cut to commercial break thing for the news. I was in the newspaper twice for an archery tournament when I was 11. The first time, I won first place, they spelled my name 'Zack,' It's Zach. Kind of minor, whatever. The second time, I won second place, they spelled it 'Zah'. Seriously? Wow.
EDIT: I kind of remember what my line was for the news. It was at a water festival and the news person was wearing a rain coat and had an umbrella. Me: "Why do you have an umbrella?" Person: "It's the water festival, there's water everywhere." Then I said something awesome and we made everyone there our slaves. Just kidding. I forget my line after that, but I'm sure it was something awesome and sarcastic.

I got interviewed for the school.

I was just walking from the bathroom and the local news stopped me to ask me questions about the school.

It was the last day, so I thought, "Fuck it. I'll rip this school apart."

I got a letter from them explaining their "Distaste in my behavior on the news." Ooohh a letter! I'm so scared!

For reasons I don't fully understand, my band was on Japanese TV for about 15 minutes.

This Japanese film crew came to our uni and filmed us practising then us playing for about an hour.

I've made a C.U.P.E local logo (cupe as in canadian union of public employies) which has been adopted by said local and is on every banner of their conventions, other than that I have had no publicity what so ever
