I've been able to mentally make myself sick once...

In fact, it just happened yesterday. I was doing a mental exercise, where I was visualizing the hemispheres of my brain swapping sides to try and turn on my right hemisphere only, and for a few seconds, it felt like the back of my skull was tingling, and that I was about to throw up..

It was fucking insane.

Also, I have a fast metabolism, so whenever I don't eat within about 5 or 6 hours, my stomach churns upon itself. I get lightheaded, I stagger, I slur.. It really sucks.

And the best part is? If I still do not eat, I get diarrhea.

Had the stomach flu for like 3 weeks in middle school, spent most of that time on the toilet...

Turns out I was quite severely dehydrated...

My advice: Get yourself some Gatorade and drink as much as you can...

Pretty much what you said in your post OP.

On the back of the cans it says "Limit self to 3 cans per day" or something like that. Heed this warning.
WHAT? I weigh 98lbs and i drink 2 BFC's all the time and nada. Ive yet to crash. but to each his own.

for me it would be it happens once a year for some reason where i get extremely nautious and i cant sit or stand at all without vomitting and i cant eat solids or drink water. only gatorade. that is horrible to experience and anyone who does you have my condolences.

EDIT: i also get severy dehydrated and drink a minimum 5 gallons of gatorade. man those are good times /sarcasm

or the Epica concert yesterday. I was thrashing so hard and i dont thrash ever. I did it so hard for over 4 hours straight that my neck is swollen and I cant move my head and im wearin aneck brace and ive had over 15 extra strength tylenol in 25 hours and its not helping 1 bit. not really sick but it can be technically counted.

yet it also gives you the amount in fluid ounces, which amounts to less that two cans, so what the hell. o_O

I had food poisoning once. The experience was not pleasant.

Then there was the twenty-two ounce Nos incident. I couldn't sleep until four. Had school the next day.

While I know a ton of people seem to love it, and they've every right to as I'm sure it's great for them, something about Seinfeld (the show mostly, but also the man) strikes me as no unfunny-and-vapidly-annoying (to me, personally) that it gives me rage-induced increased intercranial pressure, leading to the symptoms that can cause.

I tend to avoid it the way most people tend to avoid close social interactions with people that have a stomach virus.

And I don't know if it counts, but the literal worst six hours of my life happened when I got stung by a box jellyfish.

You wouldn't think caffeine would be able to produce effects usually associated with harder drugs, but I've been addicted to harder drugs (not anymore---almost 14 years I've been clean now), and I can tell you. On its worst day, caffeine does a pretty passable impression of amphetamines.

When someone says to you "Yeah, my friend's a distributor, he can get you a free case of Rockstar", do not consider this "a week's supply".

Also the Doc took blood from me not so long ago, After that, I couldn't stand up right, Couldn't speak full sentences, Nearly threw up, and turned pale as fuck. Was the coldest I have ever been too. It went away after a while, but I honestly did not know why that happened though.
I have very low blood pressure and I'm borderline anaemic (my vision blacks out pretty regularly if I stand up too fast), and every time I give blood I end up lightheaded and queasy like that. Woo, people with not enough blood!

It's one in the morning, I have no hope of going to sleep. I recently went to avatar for the last time, and had two rock stars in a quick succession. I did some push ups and sit ups, and my hands are shaking typing this. I have tunnel vision, and I think I may or may not puke.

Have you ever been sick like this?

Never heard of anaemia before (Besides sickle cell anaemia). I black out when I stand for a few seconds and have a shortness of breath. Would explain a lot.
