Ever had a situation where...

Ok, so today my friend told me that he was going to bust a move (kiss) his new girlfriend at the movies tomorrow. He told me that INFRONT of his girlfriend and the girl everyone made go out with me, by the name of meghan. so i figured she knew. so, when i got home from school she texted me and asked whats up with Rudy, my friend, because he never talks to her. so i was said "did you see what he was like with his old girlfriend?". and she was there, and knew he was a quiet kid. so after a while i was like he won't do it he doesn't have the cojones to pull it off. So then i got two texts from Meghan and Rudy, both saying something to the affect of, "the fuck man?". So after my friend says we aren't friends after the year ends. i get bombarded by his friends he made when he was trying to get with one girl by acting game. and after explaining it to upwards of like 20 people, only a few people saw that i was being rational.

so what i'm asking is, have you even just got into an argument and figured, "do these people use logic?"

But, to answer the last question, yes, I have often been faced with people who do not think logically. Hell, one of my friends tells a story about when he sat on the jury for a trial. While all the jurors were deliberating, all were in favor of a guilty verdict except for one woman. The other jurors presented her with a variety of arguments, and eventually she folded and changed her vote to 'guilty.' After doing so, however, she complained that she felt like she was "being cornered by logic."

Agreed. I have read it 3 times and still have no idea what the fuck he is on about.
Anyway on topic, yes. Many times I have argued with idiots who refuse to grasp a simple concept or are stuck like 10 minutes back in the argument when it is clear we have already resolved that issue and progressed beyond it.
Also peoples self delusional bullshit always gets to me. For example a girl calling a friend of hers a slut for the girl having sex with a random guy then trying to claim she herself is not even though she has fucked 50 guys that month alone. I encounter people like that far too much for my liking.
