Ever lose faith... in humanity?

I swear humanity seems to take two steps forward then the actions of a few make it take five steps back.

I see articles now days where people are still being discriminated against. Or the fact that my government has a budget thats as balanced as a person with ten maxed out credit cards yet keeps spending money they don't have. People blaming video games for the stupidest things or censor and ban them.

So escapist ever lose faith in humanity?

OT: Well, I've never really lost all faith in humanity. Every time I'm sure its over, something always happens. Something that restores my belief that perhaps it isn't all that bad.
