most fights i get into i lose control cause i dont fight, i get annoyed and more annoyed till i snap and beat the poo out of them. like i walk away and if they follow i continue to walk away but i can only walk so far before i grab them by the shoulder and smash my fist into their face over and over till they have to close the toilets he went to after the fight cause of all the blood on the ground and his nose is never right again.

I don't think I have ever actually lost control. Well... Aside from two very minor snaps when I got hurt and instantly (and out of reflex) lashed out with one hit to whoever had injured me.

But I swear...Any longer at my high school and I would have snapped and hurt someone. If I hadn't been so sensitive and afraid to cause pain to others, I WOULD have snapped as it was.

I had about 4 or 5 weird blackouts in school where I would get very angry with someone for whatever reason, I'd lose a few minutes, and 'awake', as it were, to find I'd been in a vicious fight. Apparently I went quite feral. Rather worrying, although it was usually for good reason, such as them bullying me and so forth.

I was somewhat disturbed in secondary school though, hasn't happened since. I lose my temper on occasion, but it usually tends to be with myself.
You sir, are a berserker. From what I gather, that means that intense rage will make your instincts take over completely for a short while. Scary but awesome.

When I was in 7th grade there was this kid who was ragging on me mercilessly, I don't remember what he was saying or what it was about, but I just snapped. It was a nice day so the school was eating lunch outside. I found him, jumped him, and pummeled him as hard as I could.

The funny part of this story was that the kid was a total tool and everyone knew it, so the teachers just let me wail on him for a bit before they pulled me off. I had to rake the schoolyard and he got expelled XD

Also there was another time where I was getting extremely frustrated and threw my office chair across the room hard enough that the support structure shattered completely.

Violently? No. Well... maybe a few scraps as a child, but that was before i learned Krav Maga and learned to inflict grievous bodily harm with my pinky. But lost control in the broader sense? Yes, i always have had problems saying no to a shot of Kahlua. I can restrain myself with every single beverage EXCEPT for Kahlua. It's weird.

An idiot in grade 6 hit me on the back of the head with a lunchbox that had stones in it. I chased across the entire school, the teachers saw us and calmed everything down. As soon as he saw the look in my eyes after he hit me he ran... I didn't even get up until he turned tail.

Funny as hell in retrospect. For me anyway.

Yeah, I got pretty bad all the time when I was younger, but deep breath in, deep breath out's help a lot now.

I was being tortured by this girl in high school, she was a BLATANT crackhead (she even brought it to school once and showed everybody) and she saw fit to make it so I had to get therapy.

Well, one day, she was being louder than usual. She was spitting out insults left and right, and I of course, was a recurring target.

Well I decided I had enough.

I saw red, I was screaming and throwing shit at her direction. I had no idea what I was saying, my friend told me later that I was saying "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND DIE YOU STUPID WHORE!"

It felt terrible, but it felt good at the same time. After somebody has been mentally torturing you so much that you had to get THERAPY, it felt great just to let loose and channel my anger.

And after that, whenever she caught my gaze, a look of fear instantly washed over her eyes.
