Haven't lost any games, pretty good at that, but I lose accessories all the time. I've lost nearly all "guns" except for the nintendo one: no more snes bazooka, can't play ps1 Time Crisis cause no more gun. I've lost a couple xbox controllers, luckily no games tho

Lost a couple of games, but i played my Diablo 2 LOD cd till it bursted... literaly. It blew up during a battle with diablo himself! Shredded my cd drive and damaging 2 cables. Thank god it didn't damage my motherboard.
What the what? Did it damage your computer or something? The disc just got ripped up? How does that happen?

My Crysis disc went walk about a while ago.

I have a sneaking suspicion I knocked it into the bin by my desk and then threw it out without realising.

Kinda, I've had "friends" steal games before.
I've had this too. Pretty much every handheld game I ever owned went missing other than a few terrible GBA games. I suspected that one of my "friends" was stealing them, which was kind of confirmed when I saw one of my missing PS2 games magically appear in his bedroom but I was a complete pushover at the time and ended up assuming it was his.

Still no trace of those games to this day.

I seem to have lost quite a few of my N64 games.. not that I can remember what I'm missing aside from the Legend of Zelda series.

I gave away Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Fight Night Round 4, and a couple of other games I can't remember last summer when I was drunk. When I get drunk, I get generous. I gave them to my roommate who was about to move to New Jersey. My Xbox at the time had died, so I wasn't paying attention to my games until I also moved. Then I remembered. I didn't think he'd taken me up on it. But they were long gone at that point.

Not so much anymore, but it used to happen a lot. If you can force yourself into the habit of always putting disks back in their case, and always putting the case on the right shelf, you find yourself losing a lot less games. I can't stand how my brother will just put a disk in the nearest empty case, close it, and put it away.

But I remember losing Spyro the Dragon on PS1, my first game. It was gone for years, and we've moved three times since then.

Lost a copy of Crash Bash and GA: San Andreas.

Although, I'm convinced that one of my friends stole them.

Also, my cousin stole the original Spyro trilogy off me.

I saw them sitting in his game shelf when I went over, seeing as my case for Spyro 2 has no plastic front case, I immediately recognised it.

I was NOT amused in the slightest.

Grand Toursimo 3 just 3 months after it came out. Lent it to a co-worker, and he vanished to texas. Took some music cd's with him as well.

I've lost a handful of Game Boy/GBA games in my time. The only ones that immediately come to mind are a Bomberman game I can't recall the title of, and my GBC copy of Donkey Kong Country.

I've also, at one point or another, lost nearly every game in my SNES collection. But, somehow, they've always managed to find their way back to me.

I've got a friend, though, who is terrible at keeping track of his games (doesn't put them back in their cases) and he's lost tons of games.
He's also made off with my copies of The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, MGS3: Snake Eater, Naruto: Rise of a Ninja (shut up, its a good game), and a few anime DVDs.
But on the other hand, I've still got his copies of Crackdown, Guitar Hero 2 and 3, Lost Odyssey, and Assassin's Creed.
So, I guess we're sort of even...
