The power to create illusions, in order to scare or defeat your opponent, in most cases the stronger the creator the more real the illusion, also in the victims case the more they believe the more real the illusion, so yes this power can kill people.
Ok this one won't save you in a fight, it's not a combat power in anyway. However it is useful, why? One of the many concerns about going to a foreign country is language, as in understanding it. Well that's exactly what this power does, Omnilingualism is the ability to understand and speak any language just by hearing it. (Example: You're in France and someone says "Bonjour" (Hello), just by hearing that one word you can now speak fluent french, the same goes for other countries.) The power doesn't just stop at verbal languages, but also non verbal such as sign language. Now how awesome would it be to have this power.

spiderman isn't the first fictional character to have this power, Caleb from the Heroes comics also has it but Spiderman is by far the most popular user. The user has all the traits and abilities of a Spider, super strength, quick reflexes etc. In some cases can even transform in a spider themselves.
