Evil female antagonists in movies? Or even just unlikeable female characters in movies?

I reject the possiblity that Marguerite Perrin exists as a real person. If she is a real person I reject reality as a whole and will live my life in the far realm instead.ace_of_something said:
Now, that I think about it a lot of Kung Fu movies and Anime have female villians in them. They are usually pretty lame (wannabe) 'Femme Fatale' vibe.
I second the nomination of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. If you haven't seen it, go watch it. Jack Nicholson at his finest. The scary thing is, though, Nurse Ratchet was even worse in the book.
I also support Cruella deVille, but what about Ursula from A Little Mermaid? Yeah, she got one of the best songs in the movie, but she was also legitimately scary to a little kid.
And no one's mentioned Glenn Close from Fatal Attraction yet? Bunny boiler, anyone?

For genuinely evil movie villains, I'd have to say Cruella Deville. I never actually hated her, though, just thought she was really evil.
For female characters I just can't stand, evil or not, there are a few too many to list off here. I'd have to say Kerrigan definitely makes the list, though, along with Saffron Burrows' character in Deep Blue Sea. If you've seen it, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

I think the female movie character I hated more than any other was that stupid love interest in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. She was completely useless, whiny, couldn't do anything for herself, and was just a terrible character all around. I wanted her to fall of the mine cart or get sacrificed to kali or something. She didn't. Boo hoo.
