I think the word you're looking for has to do with a love of bloodletting. Hemophilia is a disorder where your blood doesn't solidify effectively when you're bleeding. Or maybe you're saying Dokuro-chan has a tendency to inflict Hemophilia upon others, which is actually fairly accurate.
