You've seen them. They feature young women in skimpy undergarments and the wonders of playing Evony... in increasing bad engrish.

What are your thoughts on these ads?

They just aren't even relevant anymore. They don't have anything to do with the actual (boring) gameplay. At all.

It's just kinda... funny. Sad that they think that these semi-nude bodies just sell. Well, they kinda do, I s'pose.

I think its high-larious. I don't mind laughing at them. Someone has to be paying for them almost entirely for shits and giggles( i doubt anyone could think that their game will sell better with those kinds of adds, at least not anyone in the professional business of adds). Hell, if i had a 100 million dollars i'd buy up add-space and advertise 'The truth is out there! Gravity is a fiction imposed by the zealous reptoid world order!'. Just for the hell of it.

Yeah, either the developers and advertisers are very sad, misguided people whose train of thought rarely goes beyond "MORE TITS = MORE HITS HURR" (holy crap, that sorta rhymed) or they're just doing it for laughs. Either way, it's such an incredible lack of tact that I find it hilarious. And no, I've never played the game. I really don't plan on it.
A few have spent time and self-esteem on it though, and it seems everyone's question is: "Where are the boobs?"

Saw the ads. Read about the game on Wikipedia out of curiosity. Wiki says its "like Civilization IV".

So I went and bought Civ IV, where I can clearly say I never clicked on a boob ad before I bought.
