Right now, I'm going through a period of exam stress. I'm 15 (Year 10) and have 4 tests in the next week.

3 of these tests count towards 25% of each of my science GCSEs and one of the tests is my Chinese AS test that includes my reading, writing and listening sections.

I've tried revising for each of these as best as I can but I still feel that there is a lot for me to go over. Not only do I have to do this revision, but I also need to complete homework, coursework and my music theory.

My question to you:

1. Do you get exam stress and, if so, how do you deal with it?

2. Got any good tips for revising?

Cheers.

Are these the Core Science multiple choice exams? I remember them from last year, and they're not that bad. As far as revision goes, I find just reading through notes, especially well done notes, can help, as can going over key points and things you struggle with. Only for short bursts though; any more than ten minutes becomes pointless. Revision guides are very useful and pretty cheap too: they cover everything you need to know, and nothing more, so you have just the right information to pass the exam.

1. Not really. I try and stay relaxed throughout the entire test. As long as I start strong it's easier to stay confident throughout the entirety of an exam.

2. Read it out loud to yourself, and to someone else afterwards. Make sure to make your revisions after each of the readings. Then maybe give it to someone else to read by themselves afterwards. Not necessary but it can be helpful to get many people helping you revise it.

1. I don't get exam stress. At least, I've yet to, and I've taken one diploma a year ahead of when I should have.

2. Don't study the day of, finish studying about 2 hours before going to sleep the night before the exam and get at least 8 hours of sleep so that the brain can process it,
