Screw revision. I never revise for any of my tests. I guess my natural brilliance makes up for it though.
Brilliance has nothing to do with it at A level - if you don't play to the mark scheme, even if you understand the content 100% then you won't get good marks, and to play to the mark scheme you have to revise

We in school, have had and are currently having the yearly examns.

Which have you done, how did it go-
Which are you having, and how'd you think it'll go?

Im having my last examn tomorrow, "-main instrument, Guitar" and im nervous as hell!
Im done pretty early tho, so it will be alcohol all night long for me, wooh!
What do you have to do for that exam?

I've heard that to get a teaching degree in music you have to play all the scales along with their harmonic and melodic minors on each instrument.

Tell that to my no revision, all B results scheme, though I'm a lazy genius and so do brilliantly in exams with basically no revision :D.

Depends what subjects, are you, perchance doing media studies? :p
Myself, I did not revision for AS level (and am currently sitting A2 having revised) and ended up with an A C D and E (although I think I just lack talent at german :))

I've done my maths and chemistry A2 exams, now I'm just waiting on my final *shudders* biology paper. I've come to hate biology, I can no longer stand the subject. Although on the plus side it's my last exam so after that an entire summer of being waste.

I have my first final Friday! Well, first final for an important class anyway (Health being the excluded class). Then one and a half weeks until they're all over with. Good news is that I get to stay home tomorrow, don't have any tests then. Bad news is that I need to spend it all studying so I don't fail math and possibly chemistry.

Yes I am doing Media studies, :p though thats more of a bunk subject along with sociology and no one needs to revise for those, but I have passed English literature A2 and Pyschology A2 with B's (well still waiting for the results of the WW1 poets exam but its been all B's so far), I think its all down to the person, I know many people who revise for hours and have ended up having to retake, while there are just people who seem to whiz exams. ah well.

At the end of my first year at university, have a couple of end of year exams coming up rather shortly.

Doing a three year degree in history, and the first year counts absolutely nothing towards my end degree. In fact, I need only pass my exams with 40% to move on to the next year. Even if I fail, I can re-sit them later on.

I have to say its created a very devil-may-care attitude that I previously havn't felt when coming up to exams. I have my first exam on monday, and I'm doing very little revision for it, as 40% just doesn't seem like that hard a figure to reach. Sod's law though, this will come back and bite me in the ass.

I really miss the exams of A-Levels though, as they were so much easier to revise for. A couple of revision guides and you were sorted.

Did my first exam today. A2 English Lit & Lang. It sucked hard. But that was my biggest exam (2 hours 30 minutes) so all I've got left is 2 2 hour exams. One in media tomorrow (Media = Easy cakes hopefully) and psychology (Oh dear). Then I can finally get my Xbox out of the cupboard and start playing again. 15 weeks holiday = great fun.

I got my A without working in psychology - its german biology and chemistry I got shafted for not revising :p

Urology was piss easy - heh.
Radiology was fine, orthopedics, too.
Oncology was quite challenging.
And anesthesiology was really difficult!
I'm a bit anxious about the last two.
I don't know any of my results yet...

just finished my final gcse exam a few hours ago, exams are a pointless invention that are an inaccurate way of measuring a students abilities, some people are good at exams and some are bad at them, sadly many of the more capable students are bad at exams while the morons are good at them, i think that grades should depend more on course work, surely someone agrees with me. cos noone has so far.
