I have mine in a week from today. And these arn't any old summer exams. This is my leaving cert, probably the most important exams of my life.
But I studied some art history for an hour or so there, and I just finished doing a maths question and like most of the study I've been doing, I feel really confident about it afterwards. But the only way to know if its going into my head is to see the exam results. Which I won't see for a few months.

I did great, but considering I'm the teacher, that's not really surprising ;)
You can't see it right now, but I'm giving you the finger.
(No offense mate, all in good fun)

Did unit 1 Physics and Chemistry back in Janurary, C1 Maths and Music at the end of May and I've still got C2 and C3 Maths, and unit 2 Physics and Chemistry.

At least I got 93% and 92% in unit 1 Physics and Chemistry respectively.
How did you find C1? Had to do it a year early, and it was hard as hell.

Wasn't too bad. We did a massive cramming session the morning before the exam which probably helped. The one I'm worried about is C2, I can do C3 but I can't do the circle stuff in C2. And I'm doing maths for A2... C4, M1 and either M2 or S1 next year!

Have two this time, one on Tuesday about science statistics. And one in two weeks about biology, with is my last exam that is not related to Math so getting it out of the way is going to be nice.

C4 is full of pain and misery with a ton of integration of varying sorts, random differentiationy stuff, parametric and Cartesian equations, partial fractions, the binomial expansion and the lovely vectors now in 3D as well as 2D.
I've also done M1 (failed) and S1(high pass) it all depends on what you're good at.

I have: C2(resit), psychology unit 2, physics unit 4(resit), C4 and physics unit 5B. All over 20 days.

Can you explain to an Australian what all those numbers and letters mean such as A2, M1 and so on. And this: "C4 is full of pain and misery with a ton of integration of varying sorts, random differentiationy stuff, parametric and Cartesian equations, partial fractions, the binomial expansion and the lovely vectors now in 3D as well as 2D. "

Is what I do in what is called Maths Specialist Unit 3C and 3D or MAS 3CD for short. God damn love it. Implicit differentiation is probably one of the most useful mathematical things I've learned. Differentiating the magnitude of a vector to minimise closest distance was probably the most mind-blowing thing I did.
A2 just means the second year modules of an A-level which are the qualifications for 16-18 year olds in England, the first year modules are referred to as AS. It does mean something, I just can't quite remember what.

C1, 2, 3 and 4 are core maths modules each getting progressively more complicated.
Typically you do two core modules and an applied module in each year ending up with all four core modules and two applied at the end of the course.
M1 is mechanics, S1 is statistics and theres also D1 which is decision maths, they all progress in the same way as core maths so you get M1, M2 etc. These are the applied modules.
Hope that helps.

Maths isn't my strong subject. There's just so much I mix up, but when I get something complicated right I do get that sense of achievement.

I have not done any yet but my A2 exams are coming up. I have Maths Core 4 on the 9th, Computing unit 3 on the 14th, Physics unit 4 on the 18th and unit 5 on the 29th.

Maths I'm not worried about as I only need 21% to get a B overall. Computing I'm good at so I'm hoping won't be a problem. Physics I'm worried about though. I need a B overall and I don't know either of the two units very well.
