Exclusive titles for each console

Does anyone know where there's an actual reputable list of the exclusive titles for each of the 2 consoles? I recently looked like an ass as I found out that destiny was not only on next gen consoles but also current ones because I didn't watch destiny's individual showing. And the only coverage I'm finding is vague at best and not giving the information I'm looking for at worst.

I don't know if their is a formal list but if you look up the games you want to know on ign the games page will tell ya which systems the games will be released on.

That has the XBOX and PS4 exclusives listed. Not sure about Nintendo. I assume all the Super Zelda Friends stuff will be making another appearance.
