So if anybody can remember where Sir Schmoopy and the other wizard (who's name I will not spell due to the fact it will most likely be incorrect) were in court and got a curse placed on them which caused them to explode into a million pieces. Schmoopy further angers the judge and gets a billion pieces.
So is exploding exploding? Does the amount of pieces you blow up into matter?
I think it does. Try to fathom exploding into 5 pieces...now 4...now 3...now 2...now 1...now 0.5

A thought evoking question I couldn't wrap my head around. So what does the escapist community think on this one?

After a point I don't think it does, if there is a change that your body can be put back together, let's say less than 10 then it's a lot better than exploding into 100+ pieces, but after then it doesn't really matter, unless you are going to use your body as a weapon, then it does.

I don't get what the words you are saying are supposed to mean...

Can something explode with as little as one piece?

Think of it this way.

Option 1: You die instantly; your body is gibbed into X number of pieces.

Option 2: You die instantly; your body is gibbed into X[sup]2[/sup] number of pieces.

If you can't figure out if there's really any difference or not, you need help.
