Extremely Random Question

I have been trying to remember something, but I can only remember one quote from it. (Yes, I know this is a very VERY bad thread, BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THIS IS).

The quote is "We are the ones who separate the order from the chaos". It is said in a maniac mans voice, with a slight inflection on the word chaos. If anyone know what this is, please PLEASE right it in the thread.

EDIT: I think (this is not as certain as the rest), that the quote was part of a series of flashes, and that there was insane laughter between the flashes, if that helps anyone.

EDIT EDIT: GOT IT, Doomsday Arcade, episode 19, the Dice-Lord says it.

I don't remember that exact line but it does sound like it might be TDK. The Joker has lines like "I'm an agent of chaos" but I don't remember that one. Still seems to fit, though

My sentiments exactly. It's a badass line. I don't think it's from The Dark Knight though; it just doesn't ring any bells.

Hmm... maybe some guy from the Dawn of War games, maybe a guy from the chaos faction? Most of them are guys, and they always seem to emphasize the word chaos.
