Fable 2 Fans Influenced Game, Still Drive Developer Mad

personally i can't wait to play Fable 2, i pay attention to Hype, i try hard to become part of it, so i can stay a reasonabl level of anticipation in case dissapoint does occur, the only part i never got involved with is the "slagging off" of anything with Molyneux involved.

I'm sure even he is aware he's made some dumb promises in his time, but remembering the fact that he is a developer who likes to believe that if you make something, you're striving to make it brilliant.

As for the person mentioned in the article, i do feel for the guy, must be tough taking all the heat for something you have very little responsibility for.

Sticking a muzzle on Molyneux would make any community manager's job 1000x easier. Overpromising and underdelivering, especially when you get a reputation for it, is bad for business.

I don't necessarily mean they need to stop Peter's hyping- I like him, really. He's very talented. He makes good games. He DOES need to cut back on the hype a bit.
