Fable 3 News

Hi guys,

Hot off the press i just found out that Jonathan Ross (English presenter/comedian/etc) has been asked to voice a character in fable three, No more info than that, whats your thoughts?

Exactly my sentiments, Glerken. If the voice actors do a decent job then I'm happy, provided the game itself is good, regardlss of who is voicing the characters. However, I disagree slightly with Jonathan Ross. After the Andrew Sachs incident I just lost all respect for him. Sorry, but those are my feelings.

Seems like he did some voices for Halo 3 as well... never knew that, I can't imagine old Wossy fitting anywhere in that game.

Fable 2 sucked, big dissapointment, why should fable 3 be any different?

Fable 2 was great if you enjoyed it for what it was, a fantasy version of the sims. But if you believed it was going to anything more then of course it was going to suck. You should have learned that if you ever played the first one.

While I have no idea who that is I sure hope Peter Molyneux is spending all his time rounding up voice actors when he should be taping his hype spewing, garden hose of a mouth shut.

Fable 2 was great if you enjoyed it for what it was, a fantasy version of the sims. But if you believed it was going to anything more then of course it was going to suck. You should have learned that if you ever played the first one.

I did play the first one and it was beter imo. I just felt short changed in this one. The interactions between characters was poor. And no its not like the sims, maybe a dumbed down version of it.

Wait, you played the first one and you say that the interactions between characters was poor in 2? Fable 2 is just a slightly modified version of the first one. A more open world, the option of having children and guns are basically all they added. So I don't understand why you like the first one more. Same game.

Hey, if the do come out with Fable 3, then maybe don't put something on the cover of the box that is not possible to see in the game!(the demon, you cannot look that evil)

I loved Fable 2 except I wish they'd go back to bandits and monsters dropping money like the first Fable. I have to go to work in real life and don't want to have to in my games.

On topic I have never heard of him but I'm sure he will do a fine job.

And until Lionhead proves that Fable 3 will be the best damn game on the planet, I don't see myself buying it.
