The thing uve heard about is in the single player were u can see an orb representing someone on your friends list and were they are in their game world which u can go up to and interact with, the co-op itself is were the person whos world it is and a henchman designed by the other player run around on the same screen, the henchman isn't the same as the players actual character but any xp he gains goes towards their real character so even with the lapse in gameplay ur still doing something useful

That's pretty freaking awesome.

Yes the load times are terrible, They also try and fail to load while in game. But the fail is in that it will do it at anytime.

Also the constant crashing.
I'm really sorry maybe your copy is damaged. You can always return it. Mine been working fine and its done three seven hour session (who needs sleep?).
Well mine border on 6-7 hour sessions with piss breaks.. Anyways it could be my 360 it has a nack for crashing no matter what it just seems Fable 2 is crash-happier.

Just got it and decided to try a mage. It all starts out well and good, but you start to get really overwhelmed and really need a melee weapon. That really annoys me as I was looking forward to doing nothing but send some serious shocks up peoples asses.
Force Push level 4..Lightning level 5...Need I say more?(Okay, Time control 1, Inferno 3, Force push 2.)

I can haz augmentation?

Seriously, I haven't figured out how to augment my weapon. I tried the classical Fable I approach only to be met by failure.

How do I augment a weapon? Is Will a pre-requisite?

Not all weapons can be augmented, Try looking to the right side of a weapons name in a buy screen with a merchant. If there is a greenish circle thats one..two circles is two and so forth.

You guys are lucky to have plowed through the main story line. Some jerk named Charlie royally screwed me over big time. The quest objective says to return him to his grandmama, so I figure, "ok... exiting ruins... load screen.... :finger pressure on left stick upwards because grandmama is back at gypsy camp: :moves out of talking speech quest circle: :screwed up quest: :cannot open doors or interact with anything anymore.:

:cries:

Curse you Charlie! Curse you Lionhead Studios! Curse you Molyneux!

You can also be a bartender and bounty hunter. Or slave trader if you are evil. Very cool game so far, does anyone know if there is anything specific to make your wife want some whoopie? I get family messages saying she wants sex, then I come home and wait a half hour waiting for her to prompt me to give her the 'thumbs up'
No you are doing it wrong, You must get her a little pumped up.(Try the 3-hit knockout from fable 1. Or just two being if they are proper anyways. Heroic pose and Victory Arm pump or something.) Then when thats done do the expression follow me back to my place and then when shes following you click on the bed and you will get two choices.
Yeah, I failed and didn't HAVE the come back to my place yet. Life is much easier now.

I have heard a lot of people say it sucked but when I actually looked at it and heard you guys (or gals...) talk about it I am seriously thinking about buying an XBox 360 just for the game.
Is that a bad idea?
No, bad. You must be careful with what you say, as you may just inadvertently spark a console war. Also I love the idea of slave trader. That's a real mans job.
I'm not trying to invoke any kind of war or fighting, I just wanted to hear what you guys/gals think. It is never my goal to start a fight, this isn't Jerry Springer.

Got a quick question: Does anyone know at what rate you recieve gold at while your console/game is offline in comparison to when you're in game? (Percentage wise? I've heard 'about 10%') Apologies if I've missed something in the tutorial or elsewhere where it tells you, but I can't find a definitive number :(

Despite its flaws:

- No minimap sucks.
- Slow responses in menu.
- If I attack/kill a blatantly evil guy (torture cult) without being provoked somehow, I'm the criminal.
- The emotes hotlinked on the D-pad get switched whenever my dog happens to walk accross/something else, even when engaged in a conversation, it's annoying.

The game makes up for it with:

+ Intro + tutorial (childhood) part of the game,
+ Man it's fun.
+ No mana.
+ Earning money and stuff is nicely done.
+ So far, it's been a nice story and a lovely setting.
+ Character customization.
+ So much to do.

Overall, the game looks stunning, it keeps me busy with entertainment and has a good feel to it. Definitely a good game, but as far as to buy a console over: no, never buy a console for just one game in my opinion. If you're already doubting to buy it and you need one more arguement to tip over, then yes, it is worth it.

Right, i have this message stuck at the top of my screen at all times: "You don't have the key needed to open this portcullis" It won't go away no matter what I do and it's blocking all the messages i should get in the game. I've tried reloading a save and even shutting of my xbox. the damn thing won't dissapear!!!

Help me...

I have a female character; is it possible to remove scars? And, as a female, how do you initialize sex with , say, you're husband?

Well, I just got Fable 2 today. I haven't played the original, but I'm very happy with my purchase. Since I can't play videogames during the week normally, I'm focusing on buying a lot of property this weekend to up my income a few thosand gold.

Also I just got 5-star blacksmith. :D
