fable III to have mutiplayer ?

so i read on the lionhead site

The primary focus of the role involves working with certain combat systems in Fable III, including updating and maintaining Fable?s ?Crescendo combat? system, and also some work on the magic system. The successful applicant will be willing and able to work on all aspects of gameplay including, but not limited to, the camera, multiplayer!!!, simulation and GUI.

There was multiplayer in Fable 2..I see what you're getting at but it's not that much of a revelation, it could easily be referring to the co-op world switching that we can already do.

Fable 2 was a great game but its gmaeplay would never be cut out for competitive multiplayer
It wil lalso suck if its for Project Nato (or whatever it is) i don't want to wag my arm to simulate swinging a sword...

It was there in 2. Could've been much, much better, but they had to rush it in. But I really liked the orbs. I mean, those orbs were awesome as hell.
