Did a search and didn't see it already posted... but I have to say this is the most hilarious and most awesome thing to ever come to a social networking site...

Explain what is and what we're discussing here?

It's a little vague, apart from that you like it.

Actually I found it to be quite annoying. That, and I think ThrobbingEgo did this a little while back. Its been a couple of months now so I dont mind, it just a unique topic that stands out in my mind.

It's annoying unless in very very special circumstances.

Talk like a pirate day is only amusing for about a minute as well - but I suppose I can see why some people go on about it alot.

You can change the language on Facebook to English (Pirate) and it makes everything piratey... word seemed to spread pretty fast, kinda figured most people would know what it was about...

Ye lilly-livered land-lubbers! Ye couldn't appreciate a full-breasted wench if she unbuttoned your trousers!

Seriously, though... trying to be inventive with language is never a bad thing.
So long as others can understand it, that is.

Thought it was great at first, but I couldn't figure out what the hell the was going on on my page. I ended up switching back after a few days. Still, the idea is great.
