What epic fails have you seen/experienced?

I'll start. When playing a better version of tag, I saw someone back into a pole, get up, turn around, and walk into it again.

was doing some free weights and the end came loose, dropped one of the weights right onto my stereo smashing it to buggery

A certain person (who will remain anonymous) went up to a skinny blond (long hair) at a dance at school. Now its really dark (and he was desperate) there so you can't blame the poor fellow when it turned out to be a dude he just attempted to freak.

Here's another one. When playing the aforementioned pimped out tag game, someone else sprinted, ran into a bench, then flipped over it.

I was playing Frisbee with some friends of mine, on a not so sunny day. It had snowed a couple days earlier, but it got warmer a little recently, and the snow was starting to melt. The whole time, me and my friends were gliding on the snow, pulling off some pretty sick catches. However, I was not very good at doing that and I was only doing some decent skids. Little did I realize, there was some debris in the snow and while I was back peddling to catch the Frisbee, I slipped on the debris and I fell flat on my back.

Pretty embarrassing yes, but that was only the start. A few minutes later, when I got up and brushed the slush off me, another friend of mine went after the Frisbee. However, he was running on the slush and slipped on the same piece of debris and fell on his back too, almost in the exact same spot I fell. The whole group was laughing their asses off

I peed my silver track pants in elementary school. There was a dark line down the center front of both legs.

It's why I dropped out, arctuely.

I once seen a guy walk into the same glass door twice in a row.

I was playing capture the flag at a park about 15 years ago or so, and I was running back to my base with the flag. A kid on a bike who was on the other team was chasing me, and while I was looking back to see where he was, I ran square into a telephone pole. I was knocked out cold and woke up in a CT scan machine...interesting way to wake up, actually!

I went sledding a while ago and I took out the legs of some guy standing on the bottom of the hill. He almost did a full backflip.

I was walking down a street, I've walked down this street at least once a day, there is nothing on this street except for a telephone pole. It hurt.

I once pirated a copy of AVG 8 Anti-Virus. It guaranteed me minutes of safe internet browsing before it registered itself online and came up with a message box telling me it was an illegitimate copy installed and directed me to uninstall itself.

I once distracted a friend from our current conversation on messenger by saying "Hey cool, a distraction [link]". They replied "Ooh, a distraction!" and I said "Hm? Where? What?"

A few minutes later I realized how much I had failed.
