Fakes are easy to spot, not as nice to feel, don't move properly, and are generally less sensitive to the woman.

That said, I love boobs and I would never turn a girl down simply because she had fake ones if I means I get to play with them.

But there IS such a thing as too big, and many of the porn actresses fall into the trap that bigger is better. Ladies....if you are of a size that can knock a man out with a turn of your waist....it's too damn big!

Judging by the responses of people from this thread, most guys prefer natural breasts. And i agree, i prefer them natural rather than artificial.

True it may make a women feel more confident, which is fine, but i don't think they have yet realised that guys prefer, in general, natural looks. Thats the media for you screwing peoples exceptions for you.

I think all those glossy magazines and similar shit is doing more harm than good to society

If they aren't too big and noticeable (i.e. obviously fake), why not.
Implants are definitely important for women who suffered from breast cancer and need reconstruction.

I'm not into the injection-lipped, blonde and dumb balloon-type, though.

Depends. They can look really bad on some women depending on the quality of the job and if the woman's body type fits them or not.

I prefer natural.

They can be great for people who have lost a breast to breast cancer and can be good for people who do it for a confidence boost. But if it's one of those endowed with F cup thinking that they need to be larger, they need brain implant.

Every woman has the right to decide what she wants but I don't understand why a woman would want huge breasts. I have had huge boobs since I can remember. They are annoying, get in the way, and guys seems to pay more attention to them then to me. If I could, I would get mine smaller so I don't understand why a woman would pay to have my problem.

I have never actually seen or felt fake boobs so I don't know what they are like but I don't like the idea of getting implants.

The Japanese seem to do a much better job with making them. Something to do with what material is legal to use. I don't know how they feel, but they seem to look a lot better than American fakes. Not a melon cut in half and stuck on her chest.

But like most everyone else here, I agree real is better.

Just a quick tip here: silicon is used for computer chips, silicone (with an e at the end) is used for breast implants. Sorry if it's been mentioned.

As for implants: I don't really care one way or another. With so much pressure put on girls to look super-perfect these days, if they feel that their best shot is with fake tits, they're entitled to make themselves feel better and improve their self-image.

I don't have any experience with... er... the fondling of such things (nerdy teenager here), so I can't comment on what I think as far as natural vs. fake is concerned.

As a bloke I'd say no to them, bit of a turn off for me. Plus whenever someone mentions fake breasts I think of that bit in the 40 year old virgin when he says breasts feel like sandbags.

I honestly couldn't care less about a woman's chest. It just seems strange that we find milk dispensers to be attractive. I think the whole package is the only thing that deserves scrutiny.

I'm one of those guys who likes tiny titties, so implants really put me off. But I'm not against them, if they boost the girl's confidence or the girl becomes a more successful actress or model or something because of them then good for her. (Seriously, name one successful actress who doesn't have large globes. I can only think of Keira Knightly.)
