It says he returned to Canterbury Commons, but when I went there he wasn't there.

Do you mean Fallout 3?
Just cheat. The game gives you all kinds of quest crap, like not being able to kill a character or the need for him to follow you, actually, there probably is some quest where you can tell your companion to wait right in front of the quest, and the quest will ask you where he is.

You're right. Whenever you create a custom weapon there is a duck tape sound, despite there being no tape in Fallout 3. It also leads me to question the reliability of these weapons if I'm holding all the parts together with tape.

Anyways, it's good that you found RL-3 (he's awesome). Any time he goes missing he will end up in Canterbury Commons, so you'll ind him at the same spot.

also why is the Lvl 30 evil Devil and Lvl 29 demon spawn? demon spawn sounds cooler even tho devil is more evil, they should have picked a better devil name like satan, lucifer, or methastopholas
