In the words of Vegeta: "I fell down some stairs."

It is almost as humiliating as walking head first into a stop sign. Almost.[footnote]Spoken from personal experience.[/footnote]

So, what's your stair/pain related story?

[sub][sub]I just fell down a flight of stairs today because somebody was washing the school floor and forgot to put a sign up. And I was running. And people saw it happen. I'm alright, just bruised and embarrassed.[/sub][/sub]

And you can laugh, I'm laughing at myself now.

Your turn!

I once fell up stairs, but I got up and just played it off like a boss.
I will have more stories later.

Four of my fingers got closed in a car door and the car locked shut.

I fell off the back of a truck and busted my knee cap

I broke my arm in first grade by falling off of the monkey bars and onto a huge rock

When I was really young, my brother threw me off of a table and into a door, this cause me to dislocated my collar bone and I couldn't move my arm

I once fell down an escalator. When I was a lot younger, I was running up the down escalator, lost my footing and fell most of the way down. Needless to say, I bawled my eyes out.

I was a big bike enthusiast when I was younger. So one time I was coming back from a friends place and thought it would be a good idea to turn around and wave goodbye to my buddy while I was riding down the neighborhood street. Well, this didn't go exactly as planned, for when I finally turned back there was a side-view mirror jutting out from a stationary vehicle just to my right. Needless to say, I smacked my face square into it and landed with a resounding *BAM* on my kneecap. And on top of that, the accident led to my helmet cracking as a result of a few violent somersaults after I made contact with the concrete.

And to rub salt in an open wound, I return home terribly swollen and in tears, and I find my parents rushing about the house because my sister had coincidentally gotten into a car accident just moments before I had my little crash. So they we're stressed, I could barely walk, and one of my siblings was rushed to the hospital. All within a mere couple of minutes, no less!

That day was filled with a set of painful and peculiar unfortunate events.

Not myself but a friend of mine rolled up the stairs, slipped off a chair, while standing still and once fell hand first into a thistle to which he jumped up and immediately uprooted with his foot.

Oh yeah almost forgot, that's what you get for being in my shadows Redlin5.

I once was hit by a car while biking back when I was in elementary school. It wasn't a very fast hit but it still sent me flying. I didn't break anything but I had scrapes everywhere and was bleeding. The car that hit me just drove off. People can be jerks.

*floodlights*

Now we both can't have those shadows now.

I was kicked by a horse. Kind of. He didn't put much effort into it, but I did bleed and it hurt, a lot.

I have very large feet (American 14s, specifically. Please don't be the guy that goes "lol 14 isnt big") Many, many times I've hit the end of a step and had that foot slip, but I've always managed to regain my balance.

Everyone has fallen down the stairs. The most embarrasing for me was running down the stairs 2 at a time and losing count resulting in a full tumble (in front of others). I just got and stated my roll needs work.
I have also, thanks to the retardedly small steps used in some places, slipped going up and smashed my knees. Normally no one else notices not that I really care.

The most embarrassing falls are one involving my biking at high speed and wiping out only to be asked incessantly "are you okay?" even though I am already up and starting to move. I feel it makes me look like an amateur. I should also not I fall most often riding in the winter through snow for obvious reasons normally because I am trying some more "extreme" maneuvers.
I almost smacked a guy once when he said to me "maybe you shouldn't ride in the winter" after slipping walking my bike up a ramp (not riding it).

Anyways, don't feel bad unless one of your falls has hit youtube.

Besides, everyone knows ladders are superior. Less wasted space, keeps the fat kids out.
To be honest ladders scare me more. [http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss297/stcasey34/ladder.gif?t=1288459954]

Besides, you can't dance on them.

Anyone who laughs at someone who falls down stairs is a prick. Almost everyone has fallen, or atleast stumbled or tripped. Its embarrasing, but I just try to remember "It could have been you, and likely has been you before"

I fell off an old staircase at my grandma's house. Smashed my head on each stair and severely bruised my ass. It was not enjoyable.
