Fallout 3 DC .. Where is it?

okay.. I might be mistaken here, But is the only way to get the Addons for Fallout 3 to buy the game of the year edition?

The "downloads" option in my game menu is not selectable.
Ive done a search on steam aswell.. I cant find the Addons without the game of the year edition?

Am I looking in the wrong places or what?

There's a version available with just the add-ons; you don't have to re-buy the core game. Try Amazon, or any retail outlet.
