If you're good you can have Fawkes, but every once and a while you have to donate water to thirsty guys.

If you're bad you can't have Fawkes.

Good or Evil? Why not be ambiguous neutral?

You get the best of both worlds plus that military robot as a sidekick.

It's called not saving, Fawkes and I have recently slaughtered the residents of Megaton mwahahahaha
When I next play I'll buy something from crater side supplies. (so fun not to save)

Not really the pros and cons but go all good and then save your game and then go on a rampage. thats what I do. :)

To be honest, each has no real advantage or disadvantage.

If your evil you get attacked by people, if your good a diffrent kind of people attack you.

But fingers are easier to find because killing raiders is easy.

Technically you can be the most sadistic, psychotic, baby eating nazi in the entire wasteland and still be completely good.

Just give like, 10-20 pure waters to a guy outside Megaton/Rivet City and BAM! Good karma.

Be Neutral, do Everything! and save before you reach levels 8, 14, 20 and 30, make sure your neutral before then, that way you can get a lot of achievements/trophies off one play through.
