Fallout 3 GOTY - Point Look - Mothership Zeta - AND PS3 DLC !!!

Can you imagine the weapons we will get on Mothership Zeta? I can't wait to find out what weapons/armor we will get on that one!

You may have noticed that you can find a second Alien Blaster onboard the Enclave Mobile Platform during Broken Steel, along with a decent amount of Alien Power Cells. So hopefully there will be more of those, and maybe even a Firelance or two.

I really shouldn't try playing it again, but Fallout 3 was such a great game...curse you for dragging me back into your fascinating wasteland Bethesda!

Well, its possable that something like that will be added by a mod.

Hell, there's a mod that adds a spaceship as a home in Oblivion, so who knows...

Hell, there's a mod that adds a spaceship as a home in Oblivion, so who knows...

Alien power armor!

It'll probably be really sweet, and I'll definitely download it, but aliens don't really fit too well into the Fallout mythos. It would be a lot more fitting if we were just all alone, stupidly brutal, killing each other on our ruined planet.

@ ThaBenMan - didn't all the earlier Fallouts have Aliens in them? Plus I think the Aliens had something to do with the reason for the Fallout. Anyway, it is that alien spacecraft you find sending out that signal that you hear when you go get the Alien Blaster and it is calling the Mothership Zeta. I guess you get sucked up in the ship because of the Alien Blaster you took, lol.

They say Point Look will be a swamp, so maybe it'll be kinda like Morrowind! I really want some new places to explore, too. I hope PL is really big, with a lot of new dungeons to explore.

Bleh, so the reason Fallout 3 isn't all that long compared to their previous efforts is so they can release the other 1/3 of the game as DLC?
I'll just wait for a GOTY version with all the crap packed on one disc.

Well honestly this is a test to see if they are getting the Fallout attitude right (finally). In a REAL Fallout game there would indeed be probing.

I need to find more time for Fallout 3 with all the other stuff I'm doing.

Operation Anchorage will be released for PS3 in late June, The Pitt will follow in July, and Broken steel some time after that, as for Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta, they say they will come to the PS3 eventually, but not for a while.

Well, yeah, but they were always Easter egg type things that you randomly come across, not the actual focus of any kind of plot or anything. I'll be especially dissappointed if we find out that the aliens somehow caused the apocalypse - one of the major themes of Fallout has always been the hubris and brutality of mankind leading to the ruination of the world.
