How do i get the GNR key ?
Where do i find The Family?

The family is in the Metro Station, one of the three locations highlighted by the quest originator (forget his name). And what do you exactly mean by GNR key? What quest?

Ok i went in talked to three dog then did the repair the damaged relay quest but when i came back to GNR station its locked i talk on the intercom and the guy says its open but when i go to the door it says door locked requires key idk what to do has this happened to any of you ?

Press the console button >> ` << Click on the door then type "unlock".

EDIT: Oh. Then there's not much you can do, if it's a bug.

do some other quest and then come back i didnt have the problem, or reset...

I find that saving where you are, then loading that save, fixes a lot of clipping issues and other bugs. Try that.

Maybe 3Dog's and his Brotherhood of Steel guards aren't letting you in because your character is apparently a prick.

Just wander around the station and stop being lazy and do something yourself.

Ah, the ambiguity of rushed English language has confounded me again.

Another possibility of what happened to you was that for some reason the Mutant Behemoth encounter didn't resolve right. If you have a save right before that, I'd try that first before having to start all over again. Granted, GNR is pretty early in the game unless you did a lot of wandering first.

Go to the Ghouls that want your Sugar Bombs, then go into the irradiated sewer entrance behind them.
