Fallout 3: Missing DLC Achievements

Ok today I woke up and went on Fallout 3 but after I completed the game I went in to check all the other achievements out of boredom but instead of being out of 72 it changed to being out of 58. I looked through the achievements and the achievements for the Alien, Broken Steel, and the swamp DLC's were missing has anyone else noticed this?

And does this mean I won't be able to hit level 30?

Uhm... seeing as the achievements are missing... I think I am talking about achievements... you know just a hunch. =\

And as for the level 30 thing it's three of the achievements so... it also involves achievements.

Download the DLCs again.

But I'm going to assume the achievement being missing doesn't hind you from getting there...Just a hunch.

I'm in my dorm room but only my roomates laptop is connected properly to connect to Live but he's in class right now so I have to wait.
