Not all, are they? I mean like, aren't some Bethesda's? Which they charge you for?

Or have I misunderstood something and we're only talking about custom PC mods?

Anyways. Is there any way to get said mods for PS3? I sure haven't seen any.

kthxbye
These are custom made mods by the fan base and there is no way to get them on anything other than PC, hope that helps.
Ye, thank you. Lame that it's only for PC -.-...

Well, the sponsored bethasda DLC's are used to play most mods so you would need
Anchorage, Point lookout, Mothership Zeta, The pitt, Broken steel before you download any mods.
Now on to the mods.
Try type3, female texture re-texturing, Cube experimental, a portal like puzzle mod.
Those ones are the one i recommend.
I'm makeing a few of my own mods using only the original Fallout 3 objects. I don't really want to leave anyone out. You can play a mod without the DLC as long as the mod doesn't contain any of the items added by the DLC.

God, I wish Fallout for the 360 could get mods. When i saw the enclave commander mod on Youtube i nerdgasmed. Some of the armors on nexus look deadly.

If you making you own mods you might know this. Since you are exporting a texture and a mesh for an object from the... let's say Anchorage BSM. It should be possible to play the game even if you don't have the expansion if you place the meshes and the textures in a folder inside Data or meshes, right?

I'm not sure. I'm not actually that savvy to be honest.

Currently, I'm only using a punk skin for the tunnel snakes outfit, but in time I plan to be using, Greenworld, usable cigerettes, survival of the fittest, Calbr, and one other that I can't remember the name of.

Edit: These mods create a high degree of difficulty for the game with the exception of the first two. The last mod whose name eludes me decreases the amount of bullets in fallout and makes it so shops sell bullet casing, which you use to create the bullets yourself.

That's not allowed. It's possible to rip the data from the BSA files, but the point of those files is to keep the data exclusive to people that bought the DLC.

Most come from Fallout 3 nexus, but some I made for myself, and they change the game to how I want to play the game.(e.g. Powerlevel adds an extra 0 to everything that gives exp, which means in-game that a Super Mutant Overlord gives 975 exp with the EXP increasing perks and not well-rested)

Close.

12 mods I made myself which change things like increased walking speed, health and exp. Most changes have their own mod so that I can easily change it, and I wouldn't be playing the game without those changes.(e.g. the EXP mod is used in combination with the level 1000 mod but they're not the same mod because I only want the exp increase when I'm level 30)
27 armour/weapon mods which I downloaded from Fallout nexus.
1 weapon mod I made myself, just a slightly stronger and faster shooting hunting rifle.(10 more damage and 25% faster firing speed, lowered the ammo to 3)
