Fallout 3 Mods

So I realize I'm a bit late on the bandwagon but I finally bought a copy of Fallout 3 for my PC and I'd like some mod suggestions. I've spent a lot of time with Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360 copy but I figured it'd be neat to try it with some mods and it was on steam sale for about $7. I've installed Apocalypse Armory, a mod that adds a bunch of lore-friendly weapons and thus far I'm pretty happy. I'm trying to keep any mods I download fairly congruent with Fallout's atmosphere and overarching story and I've heard good things about Calibr and EVE but I'd like some other suggestions.

Galloping Gourmet is a highly underrated mod. It improves food significantly, makes it actually useful.

I suggest just browsing the Top 25 on Nexus and seeing what you like. Or even just plain browsing Nexus.

I've been looking through the Nexus, it's just a bit hard to sift through everything and I thought I'd get better results by just asking. Galloping Gourmet does sound good though, the food has always seemed much less useful than it should be.

Make use of the sorting features on Nexus to narrow things down a bit. That's what I do.

There are some really good house mods there, I can't remember the name, but one I absolutly loved was the one underneath the spaceship at some garage near the start of the game. Retexture mods are always a plus too. Unfortunatly I'm not on my computer, so I can't give you a list of the mods I had installed, but this is making me want to replay FO3.
certainly get nude mods, I only do because I dislike the act that everyone is wearing the same underwear when I steal their clothes. Much more likely they're nekkie.

I can't speak for it myself, but my friends says that the FOK (Fallout Overhaul Kit) is really good. It adds a bunch of weapons and shit.

Fellout - really makes the game look better
RH_Ironsights - changes aiming from 'squinting' to actual ironsights, like in New Vegas -- highly highly encourage getting the optional files, that add a bunch of very good, very fitting weapons to the game
Weapon Mod Kits - customize your weapon more than improving the durability

This is a mod that adds something similar to the New Vegas jury rigging perk. Actually i made this myself when i noticed there wasnt anything like it on the nexus.
