OK I have a question. I'm about to play Fallout again soon. The first time I played it I was a saint, so I was wondering what are the perks for being evil? Also do these perks change if your a guy or a girl? Thank you!

Perks don't change, however it makes it more reaalistic to take the contract killer perk.

No different perks for being evil. There are different names for the different sexes though (Lady Killer becomes Black Widow, Daddy's Boy becomes Daddy's Girl, ect.)

The perks don't change depending on Karma or gender, but if you have certain skills higher then others it will unlock perks later on.

Hhm, the only perk that I can think of that you only get by being mean is the "Dream Crusher" or whatever it's called.
If you get Moira to stop writing the Wasteland Survival Guide by talking her out of it, you get a perk that makes enemies critical hit-chance fall dramatically.
Not a very useful perk, so it's probably not worth it...

Far more useful is her expanded inventory, larger stockpile of caps and shiney new 75% repair ability :)

Also, the only Perk whose effects change based on gener is Ladykiller/Black Widow. You do 10% bonus damage to the opposite sex and have bonus dialogue options with certain NPCs. I haven't found any Ladykiller ones yet, but you can get the dude from the Nuka Cola challenge to kill himself in pursuit of a threesome :p

What can I say, I prefer the Survival Guru perk and to instead invest in the traveling merchants...

The perk is that you get to be an evil bastard. Isn't that perk enough?
I tried being good. But as soon as I was in the virtual reality world, I just couldn't resist doing the little girls bidding and slaughtering the lot of 'em. Oh, and before that, I couldn't resist blowing the shit out of that little city. That was fun.

I just can't do that. For some reason, I really like that Nova character.

For some reason I found it nearly impossible to be neutral, so I think that's where the real challenge lies. I mean, I'd take anything that wasn't nailed down, and I'd eat anyone I killed, but still had positive karma. So far as I know, nothing changes in that respect based on gender, but contract killer is a lot of fun combined with sandman.

Generally being "Evil" means you follow slightly different quest options and the subsequent item/follower benefits. As far as i can see theres really little difference between the "Good" and "Bad" other than that... oh and a certain DJ calling you the son of hell.

I tend to play a good guy, and sometimes go with what I think the character (who has said the things in the game so far) would say. I tend to develop the character in my head outside the game. When there are things I abhor in real life, I won't have my character (even an evil character) do them. An example is the racism in Mass Effect. I just wouldn't do it, despite being on my evil playthrough.
Same goes for Fallout 3. I free slaves, kill slavers, help Ghouls, talk rather than kill. I dunno what it is. Bad habit. I just got my hands on Oblivion. I might start out evil for a change and see how it goes.

Did you defuse the bomb in Megaton? Wether you difuse it or set it off highly determines if you're good or evil during the rest of the game. Really hard to undo the karma. Only (well, best) way to be nuetral is to leave the bomb alone.

Personaly, I beat the game as good, and then again as evil, and started to play a nuetral character but haven't finished yet due to feeling I can't ever do as I want.

K, my last point, and believe me when I say I've been saving the best 'til last...

She gets really depressed! It's awesome! She stops being happy and starts actually doing stuff!

Ahh I hate Moira Brown. It's a hate that trancends Karma levels...

I can't really remember any SPECIFIC bonuses for being evil; you do get to see an atom bomb explosion if you decide to blow up Megaton (that's always nice.)
