Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage Bug

Hey guys, i just got OA for my PC and installed it but whenever i go to Baily's crossing or whatever it is the entrance to the outcasts base is sunk underground and full of red diamonds with a white exclamation point inside it. Anyone know what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

i know in oblivion there is a yellow diamond that appears when there is a missing file i think but i installed it correctly
