At the end when the blast doors open so you can claim the rewards from the simulation do you have to take everything at once? Are you able to leave, drop off a shit load of inventory at your house, come back and have the treasures still be there?

No, you don't. There's a chance the scribe will grab something, but it's not guaranteed. I'd grab shit because it's all pretty useful against jerks in power armor.

I took all the stuff i really wanted, all those grenades and combat helmets, i just left for them.

I did the Gary 23 glitch as well.

But what I did with the rewards is:
At the end is grabbed all the guns, (Some ammo if I have time) kill the rouge Outcasts when they turn evil. Collect the rest of the ammo, store the ridcously heavy shit in the Outcasts body, store it in my house and collect the rest from the body I just put it in.

I took everything I could but then the outcasts attacked me I don't know why they did but I showed them who's boss.

I took most of it, still using the stealth gear, I like the way it makes you transparent if your crouching.

I took some, dropped it off at my house, and went back to get the rest... but, then again, before I left I kinda killed everyone when the coup started...
